You can join us from 12pm until 3pm and 6pm until 9:30pm every day.

Whether you’re looking to let us know about your big win, birthday, or have a general friendly chit chat, our community wants to hear from you, so come along and join in!

To make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience, here’s are some friendly advice and etiquette about taking part in our chat community.

Do’s

  • Have a good old chinwag with our Live Host team – they LOVE IT! They will chat about pretty much anything! As long as it’s PC of course...
  • Get involved with the chat – the more the merrier as far as we’re concerned!
  • Make valuable friendships within our community – we do however recommend you do not meet anyone you have become acquainted with through the chat function
  • Be courteous and friendly to all newcomers, to your fellow community members and to our Live Host team
  • Be respectful to our Live Host team, they are only here to help, make your day and ensure you have fun!
  • Be respectful to the community. This is a place for fun, so keeping it positive will make for a better experience for all!
  • If you do need any club help, please speak to our Club Host or Duty Manager
  • Have fun, stay safe, and gamble responsibly. Speak to one of our colleagues in club if you need any further advice

Don’ts

  • The language for our Club Chat Room is English. Please only converse in English in the Club Chat Room
  • You may not always see eye to eye with everyone, don’t engage in any arguments. The Club Chat Room is here for all to have fun
  • Any form of discrimination, i.e. Racial, sexual or ethnic will not be permitted.
  • Do not harass, insult threaten or try to upset other players
  • Do not use the Club Chat Room to voice complaints or negative feedback about your club, please raise this with the club Duty Manager
  • Do not use the Club Chat Room as a form of advertising or for the promotion of other websites/companies
  • Do not use indecent or vulgar language
  • Do not give out personal details
  • Choose a tasteful chat name
  • Please avoid the unnecessary use of CAPITAL LETTERS. This is considered shouting or being angry
  • Do no spam (flood the Club Chat Room with many copies of the same message)

As a Buzz Bingo customer you must follow the chat etiquette at all times, if a customer does not conform to the chat etiquette , the Live Host team can enforce and complete a restriction on the customers account from chatting in the Club Chat Room. Our Customer Service team will contact a Customer in the event of a restriction being enforced.

Club Bingo Chat Room Terms and Conditions

On signing into and entering the Club Bingo Chat, you agree to the following;

  1. You understand that you will be responsible for your content and for your use of the chat room.
  2. You must not solicit other players for money.
  3. You must not solicit other players for ‘gifts’ or ‘loans’ of money, for yourself or any other player.
  4. You must not solicit winning players for funds.
  5. You must act respectfully to our Chat Stars (CS) and other players.
  6. Player aliases must be in good taste and may not have the pre-fix of CS or CM (or anything that might lead others to think you act for us). We reserve the right to request that a player change his/her alias, at our discretion. Should a player refuse to change his/her alias within a 48-hour time period, he/she will be permanently blocked from the chat room.
  7. You must not harass, slander, libel, abuse or threaten others.
  8. All discussion of other bingo sites, advertising of other sites and/or recruitment for, or on behalf of other sites is strictly prohibited.
  9. You must not use the forum to discuss or debate issues that may cause offence, this will be determined by Buzz.
  10. We reserve the right to ban a player from chat or suspend their chat facility for an unspecified period.
  11. You understand that by entering the chat you agree to participating in promotions and polls.
  12. We may run a promotion whereby we will need to call or email a winner of a promotion through the Live Chat, by entering the chat, you agree to this.
  13. There may be occasions where we may be required to block your account temporarily due to comments or behaviours in the chat.
  14. You agree to only access the chat from a Buzz Bingo venue.
  15. By entering into the chat, you agree to the chat do’s and don'ts.
